Sabina grew up dancing. First in Poland, later in London, where movement and music shaped her life. Ballet, art, hospitality. Each taught her discipline, detail, and the beauty of care.
Toby grew up cooking. From the hum of family kitchens to the fire of Michelin-starred restaurants, he chased flavour across the world. France, Spain, Uruguay, the USA. Nearly three decades in food, and trusted by the best to deliver exceptional culinary experiences, all led him to open the doors of Domu.
Together, they found a rhythm: dance and cuisine, art and hospitality. Two crafts, both grounded in discipline and creativity, that now move in harmony.

Why Domu?
Domu is the home they always wished they could build and share with others. A retreat built not to impress, but to feel. To eliminate the unnecessary, and hold on to what matters: food, stillness, conversation, care. It is not for everyone. It is for those who want to arrive and exhale.
For those who believe hospitality should feel like being welcomed by family, with every detail thoughtfully prepared.
Our Perfect Day
A morning of stillness. Yoga, or a slow breakfast.
An afternoon of sea air, a book, a swim, a pause.
Evening gathers with flavour, with conversation.
The stars appear. Another glass, another breath.
A day at Domu feels unhurried, yet full. A rhythm found, not forced.
What Matters Most
At Domu, values are lived quietly.
Slowing down.
Connecting with nature.
Creating space for curiosity, silence, conversation.
Hospitality that is genuine, never rehearsed.
Food that nourishes, never pretends.
A place where you can be wholly yourself.

The Meaning
of Domu.
Domu takes its name from "home". For Sabina, it carries the roots of Polish hospitality — open, warm, generous. For Toby, it carries hope that meaningful interactions might transport guests into friends.
Domu is simply that: a home away from home.
